Thank you for shopping with Kaashvi’s Collections. We strive to provide high-quality artificial jewelry and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately through email or phone.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated.


Cancellation After Shipping

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Customers may request a return after delivery if eligible under our return policy.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product has major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Original invoice and unboxing proof may be required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Earrings and certain hygiene-sensitive items

  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share order details along with product images or unboxing video.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • Replacement
    OR

  • Refund, depending on product availability.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

If the issue still persists, contact our support team.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.


8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


9. Fraud Prevention

Kaashvi’s Collections reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of:

  • Repeated misuse of return policy

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Suspicious activity
